Principal Solutions Consultant

As a Principal Solutions Consultant, you will guide strategic digital transformation for PTC’s largest industrial customers. You’ll couple executive advisory with solution architecture to accelerate engineering, manufacturing, and service transformations through Digital Thread and AI-enabled solutions. You’ll partner with sales, product teams, and success organizations to shape multi-year roadmaps and drive technical wins. This role offers high impact across executive-level engagements and industry leadership, with a focus on tangible business outcomes.

• Engage with VP and C-level stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and business cases
• Design end-to-end Digital Thread architectures spanning CAD/PLM/ALM/SLM, MBSE, manufacturing, and data/AI platforms
• Lead technical wins through benchmarks, pilots, and executive demonstrations; develop win strategies against competitors
• Lead AI transformation discussions, governance, data foundations, and adoption roadmaps
• Present industry thought leadership, build transformation narratives, and contribute to GTM initiatives
• Mentor Solutions Consultants and share reusable assets and best practices
• Support onboarding and capability development for new consultants
• Act as regional SME for key solution domains

• 10+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Presales, Consulting, or Digital Transformation
• Proven success leading complex enterprise sales cycles
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence senior decision makers
• Deep understanding of industrial product development processes
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships at enterprise scale
• Bachelor in Engineering or Computer Science (or related discipline)
