Who You Are

You’re a VC investor with a strong track record in sourcing, leading, and managing early‑stage investments. You understand what makes a great founder, can navigate deals with confidence, and love working closely with startups. You have a deep network in the European startup ecosystem—and if you bring experience in the French market and speak French, even better.

Tasks

• Source & Evaluate Investments – Identify the most promising LGBTQ+ founders in Europe.
• Lead Deals – Structure, negotiate, and execute investments from due diligence to closing.
• Support Portfolio Companies – Work closely with founders to help them scale and succeed.
• Drive Investment Strategy – Shape our investment thesis and contribute to fund strategy.
• Expand Our Network – Build strong relationships with top‑tier founders and ecosystem players.
• Assist in Fundraising – Support investor relations and fundraising efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of investment experience in venture capital.
• Proven ability to source, execute, and manage early‑stage investments with a strong deal track record.
• Deep network within the European startup ecosystem – France is a big plus.
• Fluency in English – French language skills are highly valued.
• Exceptional communication & leadership skills – you build trust with founders and investors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑autonomy environment.
• This role is based in Berlin —willingness to relocate is required (EU work permit needed).
