About the role
This principal-level position acts as the architectural authority for external customer AI solutions in complex enterprise SAP landscapes. It combines customer-facing architecture, responsible AI, technical governance, pre-sales, team development and SAP AI strategy.
Architecture mission
The architect turns business goals into measurable SAP AI architecture outcomes and designs scalable, reliable end-to-end solutions using SAP AI Foundation and SAP Build Suite. High-value AI use cases can span S/4HANA, BDC, Analytics Cloud and BTP.
Leadership scope
The role leads architecture direction, standards and team development. It governs architecture frameworks, drives roadmap and capability development, supports proposals and PoCs, mentors architects and introduces emerging SAP AI technologies.
Responsible AI
Transparency, fairness, explainability and data privacy are explicit requirements across solutions.
Employment context
Regular full-time, unlimited role with expected travel between 0 and 50 percent.
