Principal/Senior AI Engineer – E2E Advanced Driving

In this role, you will drive AI-enabled safety improvements for advanced driving systems within Huawei’s Automotive Engineering Lab. You collaborate with a cross-functional team to advance end-to-end models and risk assessment algorithms, staying abreast of the latest AI trends and regulatory considerations. • Explore AI solutions to enhance safety in advanced driving systems
• Investigate and develop AI-based risk assessment algorithms for ADS
• Extend and refine end-to-end Advanced Driving models to address safety challenges
• Stay current with AI technologies, standards, trends, and best practices

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning or equivalent
• Ideally 3+ years of end-to-end model experience
• Strong understanding of AI-based solutions, neural networks, and hardware/software platforms for ADS
• Practical experience applying AI to safety-related problems in Advanced Driving systems
• Hands-on, motivating attitude with the ability to inspire teammates
• Professional English; German and/or Chinese a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
