Job Description

• Understand vehicle E/E architecture evolution and its impact on MCU (e.g., central compute, zonalization)
• Understand MCU SW ecosystem and architecture and its effect on MCU design
• Analyse software/hardware trade‑offs
• Drive thought leadership of innovative concepts that disrupt the market
• Build and maintain technical relationships with key architects at OEMs and leading Tier Ones
• Follow the latest market trends to predict product changes and stay ahead of technology shifts
• Collaborate closely with marketing on market requirements
• Work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure system meets their needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar (Master’s preferred)
• Extensive knowledge and relevant experience in automotive applications, covering segments such as Electrification (inverter, DC/DC, onboard charger), vehicle E/E architecture (central gateways, zonal ECUs, ECU integration)
• High level of experience with microcontroller/microprocessor architectures and network interfaces (Ethernet, CAN)
• Good understanding of software needs for AutoSAR‑related applications driving hardware architecture
• Strong customer engagement experience; direct experience with Automotive Tier1 or OEMs preferred
• Ability to work at a system level, identifying optimal partitioning of solutions between hardware and software
• Comfortable working with ambiguity inherent in implementing new technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, capable of presenting to technical contributors, business stakeholders, customers, and management
• Willingness to travel worldwide
