Principle Engineer – Edge AI Compiler (m/f/d)

We are a small but motivated edge AI accelerator team building scalable inference system and architecture for the next generation products. We focus mainly on high performance and high efficiency inference accelerator design and optimization. We are searching for an experienced and motivated candidate to think out of the box and build innovative AI Compiler and optimization methodologies for next generation products.

Your mission

• Literature review of state‑of‑the‑art optimization technologies and its applicability to the problems from real projects
• Explore and develop/apply optimization algorithms to efficiently address the required optimization problems
• Innovate new optimization methodologies, frameworks, generate patents and conference papers

Your areas of expertise

• Computer science or related fields with a strong background in compiler technologies
• Familiar with popular neural network architecture (Transformer, CNNs etc.) and having deep insight about optimization possibilities
• Good understanding of common AI accelerator architecture and its design tradeoffs
• Excellent intercultural communication skills as well as professional leadership; work in a multicultural and multipartner working environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Chinese language capability will be a plus
