Role Overview

As a Private Client Solicitor within our esteemed firm, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal advice and services to our valued clients. Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney.
• Provide expert advice to clients on complex legal issues relating to inheritance tax, estate planning, and asset protection.
• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate the smooth progress of cases.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal developments affecting private client law, maintaining a high level of professional knowledge and expertise.

Criteria

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ-2 years PQE, with a strong background in Private Client law.
• Demonstrated experience in handling a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, and estate administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
