What You'll Be Working On

For our SMB customers, you're the human behind the technology. While our AI resolves most inquiries automatically, you make sure customers get the full potential out of Lime Connect from day one – and keep growing with us. You spot potential where others just see tickets, and you turn good onboarding into a long-term partnership.

How you'll make an impact

You proactively manage our SMB customers – calling, advising, and identifying upselling potential by showcasing the features and use cases that deliver real value.
You own onboarding cases for existing and new customers, proactively guiding them to unlock the full potential of our SaaS.
Close collaboration with Account Management, Product Management, and Sales is part of your daily work – you actively bring customer feedback and your own user experience into the team.
You explore new tools and AI-powered solutions with curiosity and actively help shape our onboarding and support processes to make workflows smarter and more efficient.
