Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You will join our Service Engineering department, which is responsible for the serviceability, trainability, and fleet care of our modalities. We create value by optimizing their lifecycle and achieving the greatest value for both our customers and the business.
  • You will create and maintain process documentation in compliance with ISO 13485 requirements.
  • You ensure lean and precise process descriptions across the entire Service Engineering landscape.
  • You will prepare and lead the department in internal and external audits and follow up on resulting actions.
  • You will own and further develop change management processes within our departmental process landscape. You play an essential role in the digital transition of the department by incorporating agile and AI-driven workflows into our processes.
  • In the context of change management, you will ensure alignment with all parties involved by organizing and conducting process training. You will plan and coordinate employee training.
  • You hold a university degree in Business, Engineering or Information Technology.
  • You bring many years of experience in process management, including the documentation and alignment of process flows across teams and departments.
  • You have practical experience working within ISO 13485-regulated environments.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Visio or comparable process modeling and visualization tools.
  • You possess strong expertise in change management; additional qualifications or experience with HPS methodologies are considered an advantage.
  • Ideally, you have hands‑on experience with agile methodologies and a solid understanding of medical device development processes.
  • You have experience defining, monitoring, and improving KPIs within Service Management processes, as well as managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including incident and problem management.

  • You navigate international environments with confidence, leveraging your intercultural competence and excellent English communication skills. Good German language skills are desirable for internal collaboration.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills combined with a structured and methodical approach to problem‑solving.
  • You work in an organized, efficient, and solution‑oriented manner, while maintaining a strong focus on business objectives and sustainable success.
  • You are able to prepare and confidently present content at management level.
  • You are self‑driven and effective in a complex matrix organization, with strong alignment and consensus‑building skills.
  • You are able to simplify complex technical concepts for various audiences and to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
