Process Development Professional HR Europe w/o Germany (d/f/m)

In this role you drive HR process governance and harmonization for Europe (excl. Germany), shaping a unified operating model across countries. You’ll enable consistent HR approaches, build training programs, and coordinate regional and global HR initiatives with key stakeholders. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient HR services and sustain value creation. • Describe the operating model service catalogue for the Europe region excluding Germany and ensure effective execution
• Develop a strategic target picture for your areas of responsibility within Europe (excl. Germany) with a clear implementation roadmap
• Establish unified process governance to guide Country HR and HR Shared Service Center with standardized guidance
• Prepare standard process documents, checklists and approval matrices for a consistent HR approach across countries
• Design and implement training and qualification measures for the regional HR community to strengthen capabilities
• Drive harmonization of HR processes across the region, monitor progress, ensure consistency and consider local legal requirements
• Analyze existing HR Shared Service Center service catalogues and contribute to regional and global HR projects as an interface to key stakeholders

• Degree in business administration, human resources management or a comparable qualification plus several years of relevant experience
• Strong HR background plus project and process management experience in complex international environments
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including SSC and payroll, and understanding of operational workflows
• Business fluent German and English, written and spoken
• Excellent analytical skills, initiative, organizational abilities, and conceptual, consulting and intercultural competence
