In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.
You hold a degree in a technical or natural science field, or bring a comparable qualification (e.g. Meister with a technical or chemical background).
You gained relevant professional experience in a production and technical environment, ideally in cleaning, etching, or comparable surface/chemical processes.
You have hands-on experience in cleaning and/or etching processes and understand process parameters, interactions, and tolerances.
You apply methods such as Six Sigma, SPC, PDCA, and continuous improvement in practice to stabilize and optimize processes.
You contribute to process optimization, manufacturing documentation, and the definition of manufacturing requirements (e.g. specifications).
You are familiar with data-driven process control and analysis (e.g. SPC), ideally in interaction with production systems (e.g. MES).
You navigate risk and escalation topics confidently (e.g. FMEA) and have a proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional production and engineering environments.
You have a strong command of both written and spoken German and English.
You structure complex topics clearly and maintain a strong overview.
You approach challenges proactively and implement ideas independently.
You remain flexible and confident in dynamic and changing environments.
You communicate clearly, effectively, and confidently across all levels.
