Overview

In this role you will optimize and drive improvements across production processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to raise efficiency and reliability. You will lead process enhancements, machine and automation upgrades, and problem-solving initiatives that reduce root causes. You will mentor line teams, manage technical projects, and evaluate development potential of different variants. This opportunity combines hands-on engineering with a focus on growth, international collaboration, and shaping manufacturing at P&G.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Analysis, development and continuous improvement of production processes
Improvement of existing production machines / automation processes
Coach people on problem solving & process improvements
Create standards related to the root cause to eliminate issues permanently
Maintain & create new strategies to improve process reliability
Growing personnel responsibility for the line teams
Execution of product tests
Planning, calculation, and implementation of technical projects
Analysis and comparison of variants for technical development potential
Development and implementation of production machines / systems
Cooperation with machine suppliers

Zentrale Anforderungen

Bachelor or Master in a technical field ( Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, Plastics Technology, Industrial Engineering) or related science discipline
Very good analytical skills and quick comprehension
Internships and / or a stay abroad
Strong communication, assertiveness, teamwork, and leadership skills
Initiative, flexibility, and ability to coordinate
Good knowledge of German (minimum B1/B2) and solid English
