Overview

In this role you drive efficiency by analyzing and automating administrative processes across Rotork. You will design and deploy workflows with Power Automate, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and promote AI-enabled tools to boost productivity and user experience. You’ll document processes, train users, and monitor outcomes to deliver measurable benefits as part of Rotork’s digital transformation. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position at the intersection of process optimization and AI-powered automation.

Analyze current administrative and business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
Design, develop, and implement workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions
Support adoption of AI-enabled tools within everyday business processes
Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials
Monitor automated workflows for reliability and continuous improvement
Promote best practices in process optimization and automation
Work with stakeholders to measure and report the benefits of improvements
Provide training and support to users of automated processes and digital tools

Zentrale Anforderungen

Experience in process improvement, business process analysis, or workflow optimization
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective stakeholder engagement and communication
Experience documenting processes and creating clear procedures
Good organizational and project management skills
Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
