What You’ll Do

Design and roll out automations, workflows, and data pipelines to speed up internal processes.
Work with tools like Make, Google Apps Script, Jira , and APIs.
Use BPMN to map processes and drive optimization.
Own the technical setup of our new data & analytics tool for OKRs, reporting, and risk tracking.
Build dashboards and reports that fuel smart decisions.
Partner with teams across the business to simplify and accelerate how they work.

What You Bring

A degree in business informatics, IT, or related field. Please also submit transcript records.
Solid experience in process analysis, BPMN modeling, and workflow optimization .
Strong technical skills with data, APIs, and automation tools .
A strategic yet hands‑on mindset — you see the big picture and make it real.
Ability to run end‑to‑end projects independently.
Clear, structured communicator with a love of data and efficiency.
