Process Intelligence Consultant

In this role you help clients unlock value from their processes using process mining, leading workshops and translating business needs into actionable use cases. You work with data science colleagues to co-create innovative solutions that improve performance and competitive edge. You’ll engage with finance, sales, procurement, and other functions to understand challenges and communicate value to executives. This position combines analytics, stakeholder communication, and strategic initiatives in a dynamic, international environment.

• Lead workshops on value creation and identify process improvement potentials using process mining
• Understand customers' business challenges across key functions like Finance, Sales and Procurement
• Communicate solutions to senior management and decision makers
• Translate business needs into process mining use cases with data experts

• Strong analytical mind and structured, solution-oriented approach
• Curiosity for digital processes and desire to create business value
• Interest in data and process mining
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ownership, creativity, and proactive mindset
• Fluent in German and English
• Nice to have: previous experience as consultant
• Degree in economics, business management, IT or related field
