Process Intelligence Senior Consultant

Lead high-impact client engagements in process intelligence and help clients unlock value from data. Partner with stakeholders across functions to translate needs into value-driven, process-mining-based solutions. Collaborate with the Data Science team to shape innovative use cases and ensure delivery excellence. Contribute to strategic initiatives and help scale the consulting practice, while fostering a culture of continuous learning. • Lead client engagements from scoping workshops to value realization
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Sales
• Drive design of tailored, value-driven solutions using process mining and operational insights
• Collaborate with Data Science team to shape use cases and ensure delivery excellence
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and help scale the consulting team with best practices
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development

• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or process improvement
• Strong business acumen and a passion for unlocking value through data and technology
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to present complex topics clearly
• Proven track record in leading client projects or strategic initiatives
• Structured, analytical mindset balancing detail with big-picture thinking
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, or similar project management systems
• Fluency in German and English
• Nice to have familiarity with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis)
