Process Manager for Production and Packaging Optimization (m/f/d)

For our renowned client in Neunburg vorm Wald, we are seeking an experienced Process Manager for Production and Packaging Optimization (m/f/d) to start immediately. The goal of this position is the independent identification and implementation of optimization potential in manufacturing and packaging to achieve sustainable efficiency improvements and cost savings. Responsibilities include: independent analysis of production and packaging processes; identification of optimization potential regarding productivity, waste, costs, and plant efficiency; evaluation of existing improvement proposals with respect to benefits, effort, risk, and economic viability; creation of robust business cases including potential savings; prioritization and structuring of measures according to feasibility and impact; preparation of well-founded recommendations for plant management; support and management of the implementation of selected optimization measures; and preparatory and follow-up activities within the framework of multi-measure management (MMS/Lean).

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktions-, Prozess- oder Verpackungsoptimierung innerhalb eines produzierenden Unternehmens

• Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie eine hohe Selbstständigkeit

• Fähigkeit, Optimierungspotenziale eigenständig und strukturiert zu identifizieren

• Analytische und pragmatische Arbeitsweise

• Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Fach- und Führungskräften

• Nachweisbare Erfolge bei Effizienzsteigerungen und Kosteneinsparungen
