Process Technician (Cleanroom) (m/f/d)

We are happy to give newcomers and career changers a chance. After a thorough (well-founded) training phase, you will support our process technology team in the operation of our own systems (processing of wafer surfaces) for the production of customer orders. Your working environment is located in a cleanroom (ISO 5).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Setting and operation of semi- and fully automatic EVG systems
• Preparation (material supply), cleaning and maintenance of production equipment
• Processing of production lots according to established work instructions and their documentation
• Performance of quality inspections (optical inspections, chemical-physical measurements)
• Support of the quality control in close cooperation with our Process Engineers
• Compliance with the safety regulations and guidelines in the cleanroom

Requirements:

• A completed education (apprenticeship, professional school, vocational school)
• Conscientious, precise and goal-oriented work
• Willingness for shift working (attractive 2-shift model)
• Good German knowledge; basic English knowledge
• Flexibility and reliability
• Quality awareness and willingness to continuously learn

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 34.300 EUR per year plus an attractive shift bonus package consisting of a fixed shift bonus of EUR 315 plus the shift bonus defined in the collective agreement (excluding overtime payment and benefits). Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
