The Role: As a Procurement Excellence Manager , you will play a key role in optimising procurement processes, ensuring best practices, and driving strategic improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, implement innovative procurement strategies, and support the company's ambitious growth and sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement excellence strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive process optimisation, digitisation, and automation within procurement operations.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to measure success.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance supplier collaboration and contract management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and sustainability goals.
• Support category managers and procurement teams with best-in-class methodologies and tools.
• Stay abreast of market trends, new technologies, and innovations within procurement.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in procurement excellence, process optimisation, or supply chain management , preferably within the energy sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Expertise in digital procurement tools and process automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; German is advantageous.
