Tasks

• Group- and Cluster-wide steering, development, standardization, harmonization and optimization of Procure to Order (P2O) process on behalf of LHG Procurement (FRA GE)
• Cooperate closely with P2O Module Owner, Business Units, Category Managers, Finance

• Develop common process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements in alignment with FRA GE and operations
• Coordinate requirements in the procurement community, analyze the situation, evaluate the benefits appropriateness and specify the business requirement P2O systems and tools
• Support in development and implementation best‑practice process strategies for all categories in scope in line agreed saving targets as well as best practice process strategies
• Define and develop KPI’s and provide insights to self‑service dashboards
• Assuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
• Develop solutions for complex problems aligned with FRA GE

Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors.

Requirements

• Diploma/Master in Business Engineering, Economics, Finance, IT, Management or Equivalent
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Procurement
• Experiences in project management will be an asset
• Good knowledge of purchasing processes

• Experiences in manage complexity tasks and projects
• Good command of English both written and spoken, German nice to have
