Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Procurement Support (m/f/d) with the option to develop into a Junior Buyer in Hamburg / Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:

• Price management for complex cabin components


• Manage various supplier information and pricing data in SAP MM


• Create and follow-up purchase orders


• Follow-up payment of invoices


• Support buyers in managing data integrity in Airbus Procurement Tools


• Consolidate and follow-up supplier rating and performance data


• Manage the electronic & physical archiving of contractual documents


• Define best practices and harmonize way of working across workpackages


• Work with AI and Google Tools to automate administrative tasks


• Research data and interview specialists to provide other Airbus Teams with the data for negotiations


• Negotiate directly with suppliers non-recurring and recurring cost of design changes

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain Quality, Supply Chain Logistics or comparable


• Professional experience in Disposition, Procurement, Supplier Management and Supply Chain


• Basic knowledge in Project Management


• Good user skills in SAP and Google Workspace


• Fluent English skills spoken and written


• German skills advantageous
