Product Area Lead, Document Lifecycle

As a member of the Tribe Management Team, actively shape and continuously develop the future of the Voice & House of Documents Tribe
Develop a clear vision, derive an effective roadmap, and make progress and success visible and measurable for customers, employees, and the bank
Provide direction and energy to the Tribe and its squads, connect people and departments, and bring different perspectives together around a shared strategic direction
Lead teams and employees both disciplinarily and laterally
Identify potential, develop talent, and create the conditions for autonomous, high-performing, and sustainable squads
Provide clarity and orientation, strengthen collaboration, and foster an environment in which people take ownership and achieve ambitious goals
Support transformation initiatives, make clear decisions, and remove obstacles
Promote trust, open collaboration, and diversity while driving continuous improvement

Requirements

Successfully completed university degree or comparable qualification, along with several years of professional experience in document management
Initial or several years of leadership experience is an advantage
Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in change and transformation initiatives
Ability to inspire people, develop talent, and strengthen teams’ ownership and performance
Very good understanding of digital products, processes, and technologies
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong execution skills, and decisiveness
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convince stakeholders at all levels and create a shared strategic direction
Enjoyment of fostering cross‑functional collaboration and confidence in navigating complex organizational structures
Focus on sustainable business practices and responsible decision‑making
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
