Join our growing Customer Experience team and take ownership of the most critical phase in every customer relationship, from the first technical conversations during pre-sales through successful onboarding and go-live.
At CleverConnect, we believe that great customer relationships start long before the contract is signed. That is why we combine pre-sales consulting and onboarding ownership in one role. You will guide customers from the first technical discussions all the way to successful product adoption.
We are looking for a Senior Pre-Sales & Customer Onboarding Manager for the DACH market who can bridge sales, product and implementation.
In this role, you will work closely with our sales team during the pre-sales phase, ensuring that customer requirements are clearly scoped and that technical feasibility and integration aspects are properly addressed.
Once a deal is signed, you take full ownership of the onboarding and implementation process, leading customers through configuration, integrations and go-live.
After successful onboarding, the relationship transitions to our Customer Success and Account Management teams, who focus on long-term adoption, retention and growth.
This role combines solution consulting, project management and product expertise, making it a central part of our customer experience.
We operate in a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where ownership, speed and customer success are core principles.
Because we work closely with our customers and with our local sales teams, Munich is the required base location for this role.
Most projects are delivered remotely from Munich, with occasional travel (around once per month) for key workshops or customer milestones.
