This enables customer information to be documented, analyzed, and seamlessly integrated into existing systems. As a member of VoiceLine’s design team, you will be a crucial part of our journey with a direct impact on our product and visual identity. This includes:

• Design and build new product features to solve real user problems, delivering thoughtful UX and high-quality UI across our product offering
• Actively seek out user, stakeholder, and data-driven feedback to continuously test and improve both new and existing experiences.
• Work with and expand our design system.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to understand and design for the entire lifecycle of the user experience.
• Show ownership and work to drive design projects forward in collaboration with our Lead Designer to scope projects.

The role also comes with room for growth and taking on more responsibility, as we continue to grow VoiceLine.

• You have hands-on experience in Product Design, working across UX and UI with a user-centric focus.
• You bring a strong visual eye and care deeply about craft, especially in modern mobile and web applications.
• You are comfortable translating complex requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences.
• You work confidently in Figma with all of its capabilities.
• You are capable of communicating and explaining the reasoning of your design decisions. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal. German is a plus.
• You are eager to learn, grow, and take ownership
