• Turn concepts into high-fidelity prototypes, product flows, and polished interfaces
• Shape strong product concepts from vague input and design for the whole product
• Frame unclear problems and set hypotheses
• Guide teams from initial questions to a clear product direction
• Run workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions with Product, Research, Engineering, and Business
• Coordinate stakeholder involvement throughout the discovery process

Требования:

• Deep knowledge of design fundamentals and ability to produce high visual quality
• Ability to explain design choices and their impact
• 6+ Years of experience in product design
• Strong discovery and design work to show
• Portfolio of discovery-led case studies demonstrating strong thinking and high-quality design
• Strong product thinking and collaboration skills across Product, Research, Engineering, and Business
• High standards, low ego, and ability to challenge weak ideas constructively
• Comfortable working with uncertainty and without a clean brief
• Fluent English
• German at C1+ level
