Overview

In this role you own the full product path from problem to outcome, shaping product experiences in an AI-enabled framework. You work closely with engineering to ensure platform stability while validating outcomes through data and user feedback. You proactively understand customer needs and design end-to-end journeys that balance usability with technical depth. You will influence product direction in a fast-growing, cross-functional environment and help drive measurable impact.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Own discovery, design, implementation, validation, release and follow-up for product features—no hand-offs
Engage with customers and observe how they work to uncover real needs
Design end-to-end user journeys that simplify complex workflows
Prototype and validate ideas with sketches, mockups and working software
Make independent scope decisions about what ships and what is deferred
Track post-release outcomes through usage data and feedback
Communicate clearly with customers, engineers, commercial teams and leadership

Zentrale Anforderungen

Engineering or technical background with hands-on product-building experience
Strong product intuition to distinguish real needs from requested features
Proven ownership of the full product cycle in a single role
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clarity progressively
Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences
Strong UX and user-journey thinking
Ability to balance customer value, usability, feasibility and cost
Fast learner with interest in the manufacturing aftermarket domain (span potential plus)
