Product Developer (m/f/d) - Alcoholic Beverages

In this role you will develop base formulations and applications for alcoholic beverages, selecting raw materials and supporting customer projects. You will independently create samples, run workshops, and ensure regulatory compliance while scaling processes in our pilot plant. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to apply new trends and bring innovative beverage concepts to life. • Develop base formulations and applications for alcoholic beverages (cider, spirits, liqueurs)
• Select raw materials and advise on inquiries for existing and new products
• Independently produce product samples
• Support new and existing customer projects; coordinate customer workshops
• Collaborate with market segments; implement new trends
• Consider food regulatory aspects
• Provide technical and operational support for scale-up in pilot plant

• 3–5 years in product development for beverages or food products
• Degree in brewing/beverage technology or food technology (or comparable training)
• Knowledge of relevant ingredients and technologies
• Dynamic, results-oriented approach
• Positive and innovative personality
• Organized, detail-oriented, good teamwork and communication
• Knowledge of SAP
• Languages: German and English
