Product Engineer II - 3D Reality Mapping (m/f/d)

In this role you contribute to Esri’s Stuttgart R&D efforts by advancing 3D reconstruction software and related visualization. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team to translate user needs into product improvements, validate quality, and create tutorials and demos that showcase new features. You work on data-rich, real-world projects that power large-scale applications like urban mapping and smart cities. • Collaborate on building industry-leading 3D reconstruction software from images and lidar
• Support long-term product roadmaps and short-term development plans
• Analyze, test, release, and support products to improve quality
• Improve workflows through analytical problem-solving and data analysis
• Manage bugs from in-house testing and customer reports
• Push software boundaries with creative workflows and data-driven evaluation
• Create product examples, blogs, documentation, and tutorials for new features
• Translate customer requirements into potential product improvements and designs
• Prepare and present demonstrations, talks, and workshops for international conferences
• Shape product direction to serve a growing community of reality capture users

• 2+ years of professional experience with geospatial applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Passion for quality and detail
• Ability to identify and break software by finding bugs
• Bachelor in Engineering (geomatics, computer science, or related)
• Existing work authorization for Germany
