Product Expert D365 Finance (m/f/d)

In this role, you will own the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance domain, shaping and evolving our Finance landscape across Europe. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and external partners to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions that support growth and operational excellence. You’ll drive international rollouts, optimization, and knowledge sharing to reduce external dependency and strengthen internal capabilities. • Own the functional D365 Finance domain and ensure solutions align with business strategy
• Gather and analyze business requirements; facilitate stakeholder workshops
• Translate requirements into functional D365 Finance solutions; support multi-country implementations
• Contribute to Finance processes: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report
• Support change requests, testing, UAT, releases, and continuous improvement
• Assist international D365 Finance rollouts and adoption across country organizations
• Strengthen in-house capabilities, promote knowledge sharing, and sustainable solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years in a similar Functional/ERP/Business Analyst role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or D365 F&O
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, international rollouts, or finance transformations
• Knowledge of GL, AR, P2P, Fixed Assets, Controlling, or R2R
• Experience with testing, UAT, and change management
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• German language skills or SAP/Oracle familiarity considered an advantage
