Product Expert Microsoft D365 Commerce (m/f/d)

In this role, you own and shape the Dynamics 365 Commerce domain to enable a scalable European webpresence. You collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, developers, and partners to translate business needs into practical solutions across markets. You drive improvements in product catalog, pricing, promotions, and online channels while supporting rollouts and deployments. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role with a clear path to reduce external dependencies and strengthen in-house capabilities. • Own and evolve the Dynamics 365 Commerce domain across markets
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Support implementation activities for product catalog, pricing, promotions, online channels, customer journeys, order management, and webshop optimization
• Support testing, releases, deployments, and continuous improvements
• Collaborate with business users to ensure solutions align with operational needs
• Strengthen internal capabilities and reduce dependency on external partners

• 3+ years as functional consultant or equivalent in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce
• Experience with Site Builder and Online Channels
• Knowledge of Product Catalog Management, Pricing & Promotions, and Order Management
• Experience supporting B2B and B2C commerce environments
• Strong retail and eCommerce process knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (advantage)
