Product Management Evangelist (all genders) - Bretten

As Product Management Evangelist you drive the company-wide product management approach, aligning business leads, product owners, engineers, and sales/marketing around customer-centric processes. You design and promote effective PM standards, coach teams, and foster a product mindset across the organization. You collaborate with Strategy, Development, and other departments to ensure smooth product development and adoption of best practices. • Initiate, implement, and continuously develop a company-wide product management process for software products and services
• Coach and enable the organization on PM methods, best practices, and tools
• Advocate and anchor the PM mindset through internal communications, workshops, and presentations
• Promote a product-oriented mindset and support PM standards implementation
• Collaborate with Strategy Board, development, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth product development
• Monitor current trends in PM and translate innovations into practice

• Completed degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in product management of software products, preferably SaaS
• Solid knowledge of agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and PM frameworks (e.g., Lean, Design Thinking, OKR)
• Experience in designing and implementing tooling landscape to support PM processes
• Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, structured and solution-oriented work approach
• High initiative and enthusiasm for innovation; ability to model PM mindset
