Product Manager (all genders)

As Product Manager, you shape the European transactions, invoicing, and pricing solutions within our Digital Factory. You will own the product roadmap and lifecycle from ideation to release, working with cross-functional teams to deliver value. You’ll conduct market and user research to prioritize features and ensure products meet needs, while tracking results and fostering collaboration across Europe. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on execution in a fast‑changing mobility context, offering meaningful impact on our digital fleet solutions.

• Contribute to the product vision and strategy for European transactions, invoicing, and pricing solutions
• Own the Tribe’s product roadmap and full lifecycle from ideation to release and iteration
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Customer Excellence, and Sales to deliver high-quality product solutions
• Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and prioritize features
• Monitor outcomes via data analysis and user feedback, and align milestones across the cross-European product organization

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven product management experience in tech-driven environments
• Strong proficiency in agile product management, strategy, prioritization, and go-to-market practices
• Experience across product lifecycle including discovery, design, and replatforming
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Data-driven mindset and ability to work in an agile transformation
• Fluent in English and German (additional languages beneficial)
