As Product Manager for the Toll Tribe, you drive Edenred Mobility’s product strategy and align it with business goals. You shape the European Fleet Management platform vision, steward the road map, and balance impact, cost, and feasibility. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions across the full product lifecycle. You leverage customer insights, market research, and data to identify opportunities and optimize performance. This role sits at the intersection of mobility services and digital products, offering a meaningful chance to influence how fleets refuel, pay tolls, and manage mobility in Europe.

• Drive the execution of product strategy and align with business objectives
• Shape and evolve the product vision for the European Fleet Management platform
• Define and manage the product roadmap balancing impact, cost, and feasibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions
• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement
• Use customer insights, market research, and data analysis to identify opportunities and optimize performance

• 3–5 years of product management experience in tech-driven environments
• Relevant university degree
• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks, product strategy, and user research methods
• Expertise in product discovery, design, and lifecycle management
• Clear communicator with a structured, collaborative, solution-oriented approach
• Hands-on with data and metrics to drive decisions and measure impact
• Fluent in English; German or additional European languages are a plus
