Product Manager – Android Integration & Ecosystem

In this role you define how ProGlove devices connect and create value within the enterprise Android ecosystem. You’ll shape scalable integration capabilities and decide what to own, enable, or partner on, driving an end-to-end Android proposition. You work with customers, sales, and engineering to turn recurring needs into repeatable solutions and help deploy device fleets at scale. You influence ecosystem partnerships and ensure a coherent, differentiating offering for developers, integrators, and customers.

• Define and evolve the Android integration and ecosystem strategy aligned with customer and business goals
• Engage with customers, Sales and Solution Architecture to identify recurring problems and translate requests into scalable capabilities
• Convert integration needs into repeatable product capabilities (APIs, SDKs, tools, interfaces, documentation, deployment patterns)
• Shape device setup, provisioning, deployment, and fleet management experiences for scalable operations
• Decide where ProGlove should own, enable, or partner to balance value, control, speed, and complexity
• Identify platforms, standards, and ecosystem players; shape integrations, certifications, and partnerships
• Explore differentiation opportunities through integrations, software, services, and ecosystem propositions with potential recurring revenue
• Collaborate with Engineering and Wearable Companion PM to align on problems, trade-offs, and outcomes
• Prepare Sales and customer-facing teams to clearly articulate the Android proposition and deployment patterns
• Maintain a forward-looking view of enterprise Android, AOSP, and related technologies and translate into strategic options

• Product Management experience in B2B or enterprise technology
• Commercial mindset connecting product decisions to customer value and business impact
• Familiarity with enterprise software, platforms, connected devices, and ecosystems
• Technical depth to understand architecture, interfaces, and trade-offs
• Ability to drive end-to-end ownership and work when paths aren’t fully defined
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Clear and transparent communication; able to simplify complex topics for various audiences
• Fluency in English and ability to operate in an international environment
