Product Manager - Anti Financial Crime (m/f/x)

In this role you will architect and own a new AFC platform from the ground up, enabling Scalable Capital to strengthen regulatory compliance and security. You will lead a dedicated engineering team and coordinate with AML/AFC operations to translate risk requirements into technical solutions. Expect high-impact, greenfield work with modern tech and cross-functional collaboration to defend against financial crime. • Define and implement a brand-new end-to-end AFC tooling ecosystem
• Act as Product Manager for the AFC domain ensuring secure product launches
• Translate regulatory and threat requirements into actionable technical specs with 2nd-line AML/AFC
• Model, prevent, and detect suspicious activities across the platform
• Align AFC controls with Broker, Wealth, Credit, and Banking user journeys
• Own AFC product roadmap and system architecture with engineers
• Drive end-to-end delivery from evaluation to production release
• Apply agile milestone management to maintain adaptability

• Solid product management background with exposure to technical platforms, fintech, data engineering, or regtech environments
• Creativity, agility and domain expertise in AML, fraud prevention, data engineering, or regtech is beneficial
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with data architectures, ML and pattern detection basics
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to translate complex frameworks into actionable requirements
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder alignment across engineering, operations, product management, and regulatory control functions
• Proficiency with agile collaboration and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• English professional fluency; German is a plus but not mandatory
