• Responsibility for product management in the areas of BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards)
• Development and optimization of product strategies, taking into account current regulatory requirements and market trends
• Close collaboration with internal departments (e.g., Audit, Sales, Marketing) and external stakeholders
• Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify growth potential
• Managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to market launch
• Supporting sales through technical expertise and customer presentations
• Ensuring compliance with international standards and continuously improving existing processes

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor's or master's degree in food technology, quality management, business administration, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in product management or in the field of food safety/quality management
• In-depth knowledge of the BRCGS standards
• Analytical mindset and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with international clients and on international projects is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
