Your mission

Own Application Intelligence at Userlane. Shape what we build across App Discovery, HEART Analytics, and Portfolio Overview to help Enterprise CIOs and IT leaders see where software spending delivers value and where it creates waste. You’ll work on opportunities such as:

  • Delivering outcome‑linked metrics: evolve our HEART Analytics to connect usage data to business outcomes like cost savings, efficiency and compliance risk that enterprise executives can act on.
  • Building for time‑poor executives: design analytics that bring insights to leaders and answer "what should I do?" rather than "what happened?".
  • Scaling portfolio intelligence: define how to connect engagement, cost and risk data across hundreds of applications, helping executives understand where value is created or lost in their software portfolio.
  • Connecting fragmented data sources: define the integration strategy to combine Userlane behavioural data with cost data from SAM tools, license data from IT asset management, and employee data from HR systems.
  • Transforming insights into action: define what turns raw usage data into insights that drive action, not just dashboards people look at once.
  • AI adoption governance: extend analytics to measure how AI assistants and agents affect productivity, cost and ROI.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with strong product‑management experience in data and analytics. The ideal candidate has:

  • 3–5+ years of product management experience on data/analytics products within a modern product organisation.
  • Experience building analytics for executives or senior leaders—providing insights rather than raw data for analysts.
  • A focus on the business question, prioritising what decision the user needs to make over what data is available.
  • Strong opinions on data visualisation for time‑poor executives and a clear rationale for every data point included in solutions.
  • Experience in enterprise B2B analytics (B2C experience is not required).
  • Healthcare experience is a strong plus.
  • Customer‑centric mindset: you learn what works by talking to customers and observing their interactions with the product.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to explain concepts to engineers, salespeople, support agents, and CEOs alike.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
