Overview

An on‑site, full‑time delivery‑led product role. The PM owns the outcome, not just the output: shaping what gets built, why it matters and ensuring it ships.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, budget, commercial and delivery aspects of one or more workstreams.
• Define the case for what gets built, prioritising user value and business goals over simply shipping to spec.
• Steer projects end‑to‑end, keeping them aligned with contract, commercial and stakeholder expectations.
• Act proactively as a client and team advocate, spotting risks early and steering projects back on track.
• Use AI tools autonomously for requirements synthesis, reporting and scenario planning, applying judgement before anything ships.
• Help shape OH‑SO’s product and delivery standards and future ways of working.

What you bring to the table

• A proven track record in digital product work – shipping products, not just running projects.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (design, engineering) in agile environments and being a user & business voice.
• Ability to translate user needs, data and stakeholder input into clear product decisions, priorities and trade‑offs.
• Growth mindset: driving scope, budgets and delivery with commercial judgement, growing beyond a single project.
• Confidence in front of clients and teams, and skill at navigating change and driving decisions.
• Fluency in German (C1+) and English, written and verbal.
• Interest in how AI is changing product and delivery work and judgement to apply it effectively.
