Задачи

• Join the Tech department and participate in stand-ups and grooming sessions
• Build, maintain, and further develop the customer support strategy
• Improve the knowledge base, including the wiki and in-app help area
• Create technical GitHub tickets for Developers and Data Scientists to solve complex customer problems
• Handle customer inquiries in the central system and answer simple questions directly
• Summarize customer problems in dashboards
• Conduct discussions with customers, Data Scientists, and Sales employees to develop offers and solution approaches

Требования

• Hold a degree with a quantitative focus
• Have initial professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Product Management, or technical support, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Demonstrate strong customer orientation, communication skills, and organizational talent
• Have strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
• Have experience with ticketing systems and documentation tools such as Zendesk, Notion, or Intercom
• Work in a structured manner and have a basic technical understanding
• German at C2 level or native proficiency
• English at C1 level
