Product Manager GI Liquid EMEA

In this role you drive the strategic development and lifecycle management of Axalta’s GI Liquid portfolio across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth, optimize profitability, and strengthen operational excellence, aligning regional actions with global strategies. You’ll lead platform lifecycle initiatives and governance to reduce waste and boost margins. • Strategic planning and portfolio management aligned with global strategies
• Support regional teams with gatekeeper processes, competitive benchmarking, product launches, and cross-functional alignment
• Drive regional platform lifecycle management to optimize growth and operations
• Lead regional initiatives for operational excellence, including cost reduction and productivity improvements
• Assess market competitiveness and implement profit optimization strategies
• Forecast new product requirements and manage obsolescence in collaboration with supply chain
• Audit and govern product line master data to ensure quality and governance
• Lead prioritization and execution of department and project initiatives

• Travel availability 10-20% across EMEA
• Full valid driving license
• Fluent in English
• Project management experience (≥2 years)
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
• SAP knowledge advantageous
• Strong communication skills
• Familiar with ISO standards (ISO 9001)
• Educational background in chemistry, marketing, or project management
• Knowledge of liquid coatings technology and industry
