Product Manager Medical Controlling AT (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Product Manager Medical Controlling AT to lead product management in coding, medical controlling, and revenue management for the Austrian market, with a focus on the LKF model, in Bonn or Vienna or remotely.

Responsibilities

• Define, evolve, and communicate the product vision and strategic direction for medical controlling and revenue management.
• Own the product roadmap for Austria, including strategic prioritisation and alignment with ORBIS Medical Controlling modules.
• Collect, analyse, define, and prioritise market, customer, and regulatory requirements with specific focus on Austrian LKF processes.
• Prepare, support, and conduct customer workshops for requirements validation and solution alignment.
• Ensure a structured defect management process and maintain high quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Drive implementation of prioritised requirements in close collaboration with R&D, fellow product managers, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in medicine, health economics, medical controlling, nursing, or a comparable field, ideally complemented by an additional qualification in medical controlling.
• At least 5years of practical experience in medical controlling in somatic medicine (knowledge of psychiatry desirable).
• Experience in a hospital, health insurance company, medical service, or with a software manufacturer.
• In‑depth knowledge of the LKF model in Austria.
• Strong understanding of processes in medical controlling and revenue management and ability to communicate them clearly to non‑experts.
• IT skills (e.g., ORBIS or comparable HIS, medical software).
• Independent, analytical, and excellent communication and self‑management skills.
• Proficient German (written and spoken) and good English (written and spoken).
