Product Manager – Platform, Healthcare, SaaS, EHR

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the platform strategy and roadmap for shared services
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for internal APIs, authentication, access control, & inter-domain integration
• Partner with domain Product Managers and Platform Engineering to design reusable services
• Champion platform reliability and security working closely with engineering teams
• Conduct in-depth user research and data analysis to understand user needs
• Define KPIs and adoption metrics for platform components
• Facilitate cross-domain prioritization and sequencing of foundational platform work
• Lead iterative delivery and proactively manage technical risks
• Translate technical strategy into high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
• Advocate for reusability and internal developer experience that supports feature teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong background in distributed architecture and platform or infrastructure product management
• Technically astute with familiarity in SaaS, EMR, or healthcare technology companies
• Deep understanding of identity management, access control frameworks, event‑driven architecture, and API ecosystem design
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements
• Experience in governance frameworks balancing flexibility with consistency across teams
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent work experience
