Product Manager Pricing (f/m/d)

• As part of the product team, you will own and further develop pricing-related product capabilities that drive commercial performance and operational efficiency across our EV charging ecosystem.
• You will identify the most valuable opportunities in your domain, shape product initiatives, and translate them into roadmaps, business cases, and measurable outcomes.
• You will own product capabilities across voucher management, promotions, targeted offers, campaign performance, tariff model, rating and billing processes, invoicing, and new pricing models such as charging-inclusive offers.
• You will drive scalable tools and automation, including self-service voucher solutions and internal commercial enablement capabilities.
• You will define user journeys, product features, and priorities based on business value, customer needs, user insights, and technical feasibility.
• You will collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders such as commercial, pricing, finance, operations, legal, customer support, and design to bring solutions to life. In particular, you will align with the engineering leadership responsible for the billing platform to ensure a holistic architecture and scalable, efficient delivery.
• You will act as the product expert for your domain and support stakeholders with product expertise, prioritization guidance, and business impact assessment.

Your Profile

• You have a degree in business, IT, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring senior Product Management experience (6–8 years) for digital products
• You have experience owning complex product areas and working with cross-functional stakeholders in agile environments.
• You bring strong business acumen and can translate product decisions into revenue, margin, process efficiency, and customer value.
• You have experience building business cases, prioritizing investments, and balancing business, user, and technical needs.
• You have worked closely with development teams and with functions such as commercial, pricing, finance, operations, legal, design, marketing, or customer support.
• Proven experience in billing, rating, and pricing platforms (e.g., Telco, FinTech, E‑Commerce) is mandatory. Experience in EV charging, mobility, or automotive environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience with pricing, billing, invoicing, promotion, voucher, or monetization capabilities is a plus.
• You have excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, and can build buy‑in for complex product decisions across commercial and technical stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
