Overview

In this hands-on Product Manager / Product Owner role, you will own the Medical Operating System backlog and cross-functional plan, shaping requirements from medical and business needs to actionable product work. You collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Tech, and other teams to close gaps, ensure timely delivery, and align roadmaps with leadership priorities. You will supervise backlog grooming, sprint planning, testing coordination, and release readiness, while managing risks and stakeholder updates. A focus on patient safety, data protection, and regulatory alignment anchors the role, offering meaningful impact in digital health delivery.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Manage day-to-day execution and backlog for the Medical Operating System ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
Collaborate with Medical, Commercial, and Tech teams to translate workflows into epics and user stories
Translate requirements into epics, user stories, specs and acceptance criteria
Structure and groom backlog; align sprint priorities with the leadership roadmap
Coordinate cross-functional project plans, milestones, and timelines for the MedOS roadmap
Work with Tech, Design, Operations, Data Protection, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle
Lead refinements, clarify requirements, resolve blockers, support pragmatic decisions
Review finished work, coordinate testing, prioritize bugs, and ensure release readiness
Track progress, risks, dependencies, and scope changes; provide updates to stakeholders
Coordinate rollout, onboarding, training and change management while reflecting patient safety, data protection and regulatory needs

Zentrale Anforderungen

Several years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar digital product role
Experience managing online services, digital platforms, web apps or mobile apps
Ability to translate complex business and user requirements into actionable product specs
Strong user-centric mindset balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Ability to manage competing requirements and surface tradeoffs for leadership
Strong analytical skills with experience using product metrics, user data, and experimentation
Clear and confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ownership mindset and proactive, structured approach in fast-changing environments
Comfort with challenging existing ideas while staying collaborative and solution-oriented
Professional working proficiency in English; German is an advantage
