Product Manager – Service & Digital Solutions (m/f/d)

Overview

Shape the Future of Industrial Service and Digital Solutions at GEA. As Service Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development of an innovative portfolio of service and digital solutions, working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across Sales, Service, Engineering, and Digitalization. GEA is a leading technology supplier to the food, beverage, dairy, and chemical industries. Our solutions help customers make production processes more sustainable, efficient, and digitally enabled. Location: the position is preferably based at our Kitzingen location but can also be located at one of our other GEA Liquid Technologies sites in Ahaus, Büchen, or Sarstedt.

Responsibilities

• Your Mission: Develop and manage innovative service and digital solutions.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs and translate them into scalable products and services.
• Define product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans that unlock new growth opportunities and revenue streams.
• Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept development through successful market adoption and scaling.
• Monitor product performance through relevant KPIs and drive data-based decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver global growth initiatives.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and features in digital service products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management, Business Transformation, or a comparable role.
• Experience working in an international industrial environment, ideally within the food, chemical, consumer goods, or process industries.
• Proven track record of developing, launching, or scaling products, services, or digital solutions.
• Experience with digital innovation, agile methodology, and digital service sales.
• Strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent analytical capabilities.
• Fluent English skills (C1 level), good German language skills (minimum B2 level), and willingness to travel internationally approximately 20–40 days per year.
