Overview

As Product Manager Spine Surgery, you own and drive the imaging and navigation platform within the spine surgery portfolio, accelerating adoption and ensuring market relevance. You partner with R&D, sales, and clinical teams to shape strategy, launch initiatives, and optimize the product lifecycle. You act as a product advocate at events and support sales with tools and training. This role offers global impact in a leading health-tech environment with a strong focus on customer value and market growth.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Equip the sales team with tools, training, and resources to promote Microscope Navigation and drive adoption
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, service teams, and market data to implement improvements
  • Prioritize product scope aligned with clinical needs, ensuring feasibility and market impact
  • Manage the product lifecycle and drive optimizations to stay competitive
  • Support sales with tools and training and represent the product at events
  • Track global sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost visibility and market positioning
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, coordinating with R&D and other departments
  • Coordinate with service and support teams to streamline processes and maintain high service quality
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • Minimum of 3 years in Product Management or similar role
  • Experience in healthcare, spine surgery, or related high-tech industries (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams with R&D, sales, and clinical staff
  • Ability to translate complex contexts into clear visions and actionable strategies
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Fluent in English and German; business level German and English required
  • Based in Munich with up to 20% travel
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Presentation skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
