Product Manager (Tax Enablement)

Requirements

• Bonus Points: Experience with common agile working tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma and similar applications
• Excellent English communication skills (German is advantageous)

What the job involves

• We are seeking a motivated (Associate) Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of tax-related client experiences and internal tooling. In this role, you will shape intuitive and compliant tax‑related user experiences for both German and international clients, ensuring clarity across jurisdictions
• At the same time, you will enable multiple tax calculation engines by building the foundation of client tax data, intuitive user interfaces, and efficient internal workflows
• You will collaborate with a highly motivated team of software engineers, product managers, and domain experts to build scalable, compliant, and user‑friendly tax solutions
• End‑to‑End Product Ownership: Support and take ownership of product development from discovery to launch, focusing on client tax master data, client‑facing tax features, and internal enablement solutions
• Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Contribute to defining and executing a product strategy with a strong focus on user experience, data quality, and process efficiency, aligning with Scalable’s long‑term goals
• Client Experience: Design and improve intuitive, self‑service tax experiences for clients, including tax overviews, submissions, and interactions with tax‑related data
• Client Tax Data & Processes: Own and evolve how client tax‑relevant data is collected, maintained, and structured as a foundation for downstream systems and reporting
• Internal Enablement: Build and improve tools and workflows that empower internal teams (e.g., client success) to efficiently manage tax‑related requests and operations
