Product Marketing Manager Battery Management Systems - (f/m/d)

In this role you will own a defined BMS category, driving strategy, development, and market introduction for ASSPs such as gateways, battery monitor ICs, or cell controllers. You will lead cross‑functional execution with engineering, sales, and operations and engage customers to shape go‑to‑market plans. The position sits at the heart of NXP’s electrification push, shaping product positioning and differentiation in a fast‑moving market.

• Define and drive the product strategy and development process for a BMS category
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, sales, application, and operations teams
• Engage with customers to capture market needs, support design‑in, and ensure timely quotations and documentation
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for BMS products
• Influence product positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation in the electrification ecosystem

• 8+ years in product marketing or product management, preferably in semiconductors or embedded systems
• Strong technical background in electrical systems and semiconductor product definition/production
• Experience with battery management systems is highly desirable
• Demonstrated people leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication skills to influence and align diverse teams
• Willingness to travel globally (including 1–2 consecutive weeks)
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex decision making
