Product Marketing Manager - Europe (m/w/d)

Proclinical is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead European downstream marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on the DACH region. This position offers the chance to influence commercial success through strategic product launches, effective market development, and close collaboration with regional sales teams. You will be instrumental in driving product awareness, enhancing market penetration, and ensuring marketing activities are aligned with both global business objectives and local market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and execution of product positioning strategies, core messaging, and value propositions across the European product portfolio.


• Manage the full lifecycle of product launches, from strategic planning and sales readiness to HCP engagement, congress activities, and post-launch performance evaluation.


• Produce and maintain compliant marketing materials, including promotional literature, clinical data summaries, sales support resources, training content, and digital campaigns, ensuring adherence to EU medical device regulations.


• Partner closely with global marketing colleagues to ensure European market insights are reflected in product development and commercial strategies.


• Analyse product performance, market trends, and competitor activity to support informed business planning and decision-making.


• Serve as the key marketing contact for commercial and sales teams across the DACH region, supporting product uptake and strengthening engagement with healthcare professionals in Germany and Switzerland.


• Ensure all promotional and educational materials are aligned with local market expectations and regulatory standards within Germany.


• Develop impactful sales enablement resources, including clinical benefit narratives, competitive positioning tools, objection management content, and customer presentation materials.


• Assist with sales force training initiatives, customer meeting preparation, and the monitoring of CRM-driven marketing activities and campaigns.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in German (C2/native or equivalent) and English (C1 minimum).


• Experience in downstream product management, product marketing, or product launch execution, ideally within medical devices, dental, or life sciences.


• Proven track record in product launches, clinical content development, and sales enablement.


• Familiarity with EUMDR regulatory frameworks and the German medical/dental professional environment.


• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate clinical evidence into clear, compelling content.


• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Canva experience is a plus.


• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across international teams and connect marketing, sales, and global functions effectively.
