Product Marketing Manager (Mid/Senior) - AI-native SaaS

Location: Warsaw (hybrid) or remote within Poland

Salary: 12-20k PLN on B2B or 10k - 16.6k gross PLN on contract of employment (UoP)

By joining as Product Marketing Manager (Mid/Senior), you'll own product marketing for one of our AI business lines - shaping how we tell the product story and how we launch. We're looking for a hands‑on Product Marketing Manager with a strong go‑to‑market mindset. You'll own positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement, while actively creating the assets that bring them to life - from website content and launch materials to sales collateral and lifecycle campaigns.

We live from launch to launch . You'll lead release communication end‑to‑end, keep the website sharp and current, and translate product understanding into messaging that lands with both builders and operators. Experimental work is part of the role - testing across different ideas and initiatives to understand what drives impact.

We work AI‑first - and yes, you'll learn to use Claude Code and ship your own commits (we'll teach you; what matters is an open mind). This is a highly hands‑on role - staying flexible, moving quickly, and focused on creating and shipping work while executing PMM initiatives end‑to‑end.

As the Product Marketing Manager (Mid/Senior), you will:

• Own and continuously update website content and product messaging to ensure clarity and conversion impact.
• Run release communication launch‑to‑launch - coordinate video production and own social distribution across channels to drive awareness and adoption.
• Partner closely with performance marketing to turn launches into measurable growth and revenue impact.
• Immerse yourself in the product (multi‑agent, MCP‑native, evals, bring‑your‑own‑model) to communicate its value with precision.
• Use AI as an accelerator - work in Claude Code and ship content/site changes yourself.
• Prepare sales enablement materials and email marketing automation (EMA) content - write and edit campaigns that nurture leads, keep users engaged across the lifecycle, supporting retention and conversion.
• Lead experimental projects, such as testing influencer collaborations to amplify Lyro launches - exploratory in nature, with the goal of learning what scales and what could evolve into dedicated partnerships over time.
